Welcome to Core One Body Conditioning!

Core One Body Conditioning is a four-week fitness camp that helps women reach their fitness goals through positive re-enforcement and an approach to healthy living. Every fitness level can, and will, benefit from the four week course. Firm up your body, relieve your stress and rejuvenate your mind, all in the company of women just like you!

What can I expect?
Up to 5% reduction in body fat
3-14 pounds of weight loss
2-10 inches loss
Improved posture and circulation
25% improvement in endurance
Dramatic gain in self-confidence
Pre and post evaluations to help you track your performance

How soon will I see results?
In two to four weeks, you will notice improvements in endurance and strength levels as well as body appearance. Your commitment to a healthy lifestyle, and healthy eating habits, is a major factor on overall progress.

Camp Schedule:
5 days a week, 5:30 a.m.-6:30 a.m, Mon-Fri
4 days a week, 5:30 a.m.-6:30 a.m., Mon-Fri
3 days a week, 5:30 a.m.-6:30 a.m, Mon-Fri
