Who says playground equipment is just for kids?
It may be hard work but they still have fun doing it!
Notice the body language similarities between Candice (front left) and her sister (just behind her)...During the last week of camp, one day is dedicated to "bring a friend day". That's right. The ladies are encouraged to bring their friends and show off their accomplishments - and by accomplishments I mean show off just how tough they have become :) ! This was a great session and all the girls that came did a great job and gave 100%! The day doesn't get easier just because there are new people. It's the same week four workout level they would normally do. So congrats to all that attended!
