New session info!

Are you ready for a routine? Do you need a way to de-stress and tone up at the same time? Want to meet new people with the same goals as you? Well ladies, here's your chance! New sessions starting for both locations!

Sandy info:
Start date: Tuesday, May 19th.
End date: Friday June 12th.
Time: 7:30 am-8:30 am
Days: Monday-Friday
NOTE: No camp on Monday, May 25th. Memorial Day!

SLC info:
Start date: Tuesday, May 19th.
End date: Friday June 12th.
Time: 5:30 am-6:30 am
Days: Monday-Friday
NOTE: No camp on Monday, May 25th. Memorial Day!

Cost:
3 days a week - $180.00
4 days a week - $240.00
5 days - $270.00 (first two weeks are Tuesday-Friday only, second two weeks are full weeks, Monday-Friday)

During the last week of camp, one day is dedicated to "bring a friend day". That's right. The ladies are encouraged to bring their friends and show off their accomplishments - and by accomplishments I mean show off just how tough they have become :) ! This was a great session and all the girls that came did a great job and gave 100%! The day doesn't get easier just because there are new people. It's the same week four workout level they would normally do. So congrats to all that attended!

Ok ladies, you've asked and I've answered. I'm proud to announce a new Core One Body Conditioning camp location in Sandy! This session runs Tuesday thru Thursday from 7:30am-8:30am. Start date Tuesday, April 21st, end date Thursday, May 14th. Sign-ups will remain open until Tuesday, April 28th. Summer is just around the corner, starting preparring today! Eatser is upon us!

For those of you that will be busy filling baskets, hiding eggs or just merely strolling down the Easter aisle in the grocery store, here are a few things to keep in mind and out of your cart...

Easter treats to avoid!!!!

Worst Calorie Offenders:
Cadbury Cream Eggs – 140 calories
Reese's Peanut Butter Eggs – 180 calories

Worst Sugar Offenders:
Jelly Belly Assorted jelly beans (35) – 28 g sugar
(Small) Cadbury Chocolate Eggs (12) – 26 g sugar

Worst Fat Offenders:
Nestle's Crunch Solid Chocolate Easter Bunny – 36.2 g of fat
Reese's Reester Bunny – 42 g of fat

The Worst Easter Candy:
Hershey's Hollow Milk Chocolate Egg
This hollow egg is a tricky one--just the shell hides a shocking 570 calories. Eat the four Hershey’s kisses inside and you’ll hit a whoping 660 calories and 41 grams of fat!

If you must have candy, stick to DARK chocolate (at least 60% cacao) and licorice. Real licorice. Check to make sure licorice extract is high in the ingredient list.

Due to popular demand...

A 3 week session will be added Monday, April 6th, to the 5:30 am camp. Spring is in the air ladies (or at least struggling to get through) and in no time it will be bbq's, pool parties and days at the lake. What does that mean? Shorts, tanks and swimsuits. If you just cringed thinking about it, take one step forward, toward the body you've been hoping for (and put off tending to all winter), and sign up now!

3 week camp starts Monday, April 6th and ends Thursday, April 23rd.

Announcing our new PM camp!

I wanted to announce our new Core One Body Conditioning PM camp! I know 5:30 am is early and for those of you that just can't imagine dragging yourself out of bed everyday before the sun comes up, this is for you! It will start Monday, April 6th, from 6:00 p.m.-7:00 p.m. . The evening class is 3 weeks long, 4 days a week (Monday-Thursday). End date is Thursday, April 23rd. The cost is $180.00.

Day 1 down!

Today marked the start of our 4 week session which runs till April 23rd. Even at 5:30am, with snow in the air and much more covering the streets, the ladies were out in full force. Talk about dedication!

For those that would still like to attend, enrollment will stay open through the end of the week.

3 week session complete!

Today was the last day of our 3 week session. Seven campers signed up this cycle and lost a combined total of 26 inches!! That's an average of 3.71 inches per camper. Six campers attended the full 3 weeks, 5 days per week session, one joined a bit later and got in a full two weeks.

Fantastic job ladies!!! Thank you for all of your hard work and dedication :) It really paid off!

Bring a friend day!

During the last week of every session, we dedicate one class to "bring a friend day". The girls are super excited to show off all of their hard work and let everyone know exactly what they have been doing for the past 3 weeks at 5:30 am. We had a great turn out and the "friends" were very impressed to say the least. Awesome job everyone!!

Core One Body Conditioning is a four-week fitness camp that helps women reach their fitness goals through positive re-enforcement and an approach to healthy living.
